All consent orders may include a separate pause depending on the agreement reached. The transaction itself can only take the form of an approval decision if the claim is very simple and non-confidential, if the transaction relates only to a case management issue within the procedure. Once a judge has approved and sealed consent, it is legally binding and can normally no longer be modified or modified in any way. However, there are examples where both parties prefer to do something other than what was agreed in the order of approval. For example, your consent order states that you sell the family home, but instead decide to transfer it from a common name to one of the parties, or decide to pay a lump sum instead of current support.
